Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package cannot be successfully delivered to the customer despite multiple attempts made by our shipping company, the following policy applies:

Return to Sender: The undeliverable package will be returned to our facility.

Refund Processing: A refund will be initiated for the customer. However, the refund amount will be subject to deductions, which may include:
a. Shipping Fees: The initial shipping charges incurred for sending the package and returning it back to us.
b. Customs Fees: Any customs or import fees associated with the shipment.
Please note that the final refunded amount will be the original purchase price minus these deductions. We strive to ensure that all customers have a satisfactory shopping experience and encourage open communication if there are any concerns or inquiries regarding this policy.
For Kuwait Orders: Pick up of a Returned product is chargeable for KD 2, if the total invoice after the return is less than KD 20. This amount will be deducted from your refund value.
For International Orders: Shipping for Return of a product is chargeable if our company handles the shipping. This amount will be deducted from your Refund value.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Our regular priced items and sale items can be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@barefoot.com.kw and send your item to: Barefoot, Commercial Area 9, Block 4, Showroom 1, 13065 Kuwait, Kuwait.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
